Registration Inclusions

Full registration and student registration: All conference sessions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, as well as the Welcome Reception (5 December), Conference Dinner (7 December) and Industry Sundowner (8 December) are included.

Industry day registration: Conference sessions for Thursday 8 December only and the Industry Sundowner Social Event (8 December) are included.

Terms & Conditions

By registering ot attend the conference, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation and tax invoice. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email the Conference Managers.

Payment Options

Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card. Credit Card fees will be payable for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX at 1.96% of the AUD value + 30c for Australian credit cards and 3.5% of the AUD value + 30c for International credit cards. Transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to the Conference Manager. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.

  • Cancellations received on or before 4 November 2022 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after 4 November are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.
  • All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card merchant fees charged at the time of the booking.

By registering for a 35th Australasian Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence, you agree to allow the conference organisers to use your personal information in registration and notification of activities related to the Conference. By registering, you agree to receive email and/or print communications from sponsors of the Conference unless you specifically opt out of sponsor communications by emailing the Conference Manager. The 35th Australasian Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence organisers do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
